An Energy Saving alternative to expensive grid-tied Solar Systems
Off-grid / independent solar systems can be a reasonable alternative, at a fraction of the cost, to expensive grid-tied 30 - 50k roof mounted home solar systems.
They can be used to power part of your home, or out-buildings (home offices, garden rooms, garages, workshops, hobby rooms, sheds) or devices. The solar panels can be mounted on out-building roofs, pergolas, or constructed frames. Independent solar systems can of course be set up to feed into the grid.
The average home uses 5 to 10 KW per day depending upon ECO-management. We provide kits that can be used for 200 watt devices, to full 3.6 KW off-grid packages that power most of your home.
An off-grid budget solar system kit may have 2 to 10 photovotaic (PV) panels ranging from 100cm - 170 watts to 166cm - 430 watts.
Monocrystaline panels enable clever collection of the sun's energy from both sides of the panel, along with panel section diode management that prevents a power drop from shading.
To save install costs, house roof panel mounting is not used. The panels are mounted south facing on out-buildings or a pergola 2 metres off the ground within the permitted Gov.UK development distance of your home boundary.

We provide kits to mount the PV panels, the PV panels themselves, control inverters for 240v power off-grid to supply LiFe Lithium 5.7 KW battery storage to power your home.
Kit price installed ranges from £300, up to £6,995 for a 3-5 Kw system that should subsidise a good part of your electric use and cost.
